Customers who have purchased a paid subscription and are not satisfied with their purchase for any reason can email at support@slidesai.io within 48 hours of their purchase for a refund. However, customers are only eligible for a refund if their usage is under 5 presentations. If the tool does not meet the customer's needs, they are advised not to exhaust their plan limit, else a refund will not be possible as each generation costs money.
